Net Promoter Score

Hi, is someone already implemented in Tulip apps Net Promoter Score functions to have feedback from frontline workers and improve apps (as a product?) Feedback is welcome

hello @youri.regnaud, this is an interesting idea.

did you see the post that @MoPositive shared yesterday?? [Tip of the Week] Adding Triggers to Images - #3 by MoPositive.

In addition to that, we also have a feedback step that can be launched from anywhere in the app to capture comments. Those are also stored in a Tulip table and can be reviewed in a separate app, as if it were a product backlog, kind of like Rally, if we take the feedback forward we prioritize the work to meet the request. This was useful when we first rolled out an app, to capture bugs and good improvement ideas.

Super cool to see how you’re adding ratings to your app @MoPositive. This is something we’ve been thinking about adding natively @youri.regnaud but obviously you can get creative and build it on your apps. I would love to hear more about how you’re using this information (or how you’d use it if it was part of the product), if end users are actually rating it, and how you’d like to use it in the future. Feel free to reply here or setup time for a quick call if easier.
