Operator usually don’t have AD account that can’t be tied together to SAML or LDAP. Please make it enable to accept hybrid adoption to AD users to be applied SAML and support API/Connector user management for non AD users

I wrote up a feature request for this. The underlying need Is to be able to convert users from badgeId to SAML users? We do expose some basic user management endpoints over the API.

Yeah it would be nice if we can do SQL API since work day or HR data usually stay in SQL DB
