Toast messages will now automatically dismiss after 10 seconds.
What was the old behavior for this change?

About the 10 second automatic toast dismissal, are these settings still taken into account?

Previously, toast messages (those little popups in the top right corner) would never automatically dismiss. Now these will automatically dismiss after 10 seconds.

Hi Pete.
Would you mind also shedding some light on this for us? I have trouble understanding how things works between the past no-dismiss, the present 10 second dismiss and these two settings.
Is the release note referring to toasts displayed in Tulip’s web browser interface (when building apps, working with tables, with connectors etc.)? (I can exactly recall what these look like.) Whereas the settings I screenshot refer to these yellow and red toast messages displayed at the bottom of the player?

You are right, the settings in your account settings only impact message show to operator in the Tulip Player. This change was exclusive to the web editor for things like the tables pages, connector editor, etc.
