I’ve observed that some automations have gone into timeout without triggering any notifications. This has created challenges in identifying and addressing issues promptly.
Would it be possible to implement a notification system that alerts users when an automation fails or times out?
In our process, we can manually reprocess the automation using test mode. However, delays beyond 5-7 days significantly increase the risk of misalignment and data corruption. To mitigate these risks, it would be highly beneficial to receive notifications via email and/or SMS when such issues occur.
