Tulip Offline Backup

After the recent tulip outage, I have been looking for ways to back up tulip WI, I have a few options but none of them work the way I need them to. The print-out WI feature, has terrible margins so nothing prints out that nicely. I wanted to create a library of photos of my WI slides. However, my idea was to take a picture of each slide I am on and save it to a database. The issues I have is I want to make a printing specific slide that pulls the same information as the normal WI slide. This isn’t possible without user input. I cannot take an app Screenshot of a slide I am not on, and I cannot have a slide automatically take a picture without user input. It seems like this would be easy to implement because you can already print out slides you arn’t on.

Thank you @tmicheal for reaching out.

In the short term, let’s chat with you & your Customer Success Manager Lauren about some of the challenges you’re running into and a path forward for your business case. We do have Print from App Editor view that others are using to print in batches. It would be good to better understand some of the gaps you’re trying to fill with print that includes User Input. I’ve also flagged this to your CSM and we’ll set up time to chat.

For context on the future vision of addressing the underlying pain point, in the longer term we’re investing in Offline Mode for greater resilience during short outages.
