In my case, there is no reaction for 10s and then a loading spinner for another 11s. So the overall duration from click to run is 21s. This is on a high performance machine. Other colleagues have even worse performance. My main issue with that is, that this will hinder people to use the Tulip App…

Hi everyone, Are there any updates with this, or any know fixes? We have one station that is basically unusable because of the loading times (sometimes it does not load at all). Operators don’t want to stand for a whole minute waiting for it to load. Thank you! Gabriel

Todays performance on my machine: 18s after click until the player pops up. Another 15s until the player is usable. This sums up to 33 seconds.

Unfortunately I can’t confirm.
I’m on 2.11 as well, but It is still 20-21 seconds.
Also there is still no visual indicator, that something happens, after clicking the Tulip-Icon.
