Hi Team,
we are working on some issue troubleshooting. Is there any Mongo command to see the logs of a particular tulip table ID? or Mongo command to get the transaction of the tulip table ID? with timestamp.

Kasilingam

Hi Beth,
Thanks for the response.
We have an interface with snaplogic and it’s connected with Tulip table via API secret. snaplogic is sharing the Masterdata information to tulip table. Recently we are facing some issues with slowness, data transfer is taking more time. Just want to when Tulip is getting the data from snaplogic and when it’s sent back to snaplogic. If there is any slow from tulip end to send the data. Hence wanted to know how to check the transaction between particular tulip table to snaplogic, is there any mongo/Postgres command to see those logs?

Kasilingam

Hi @Kasilingam.samy -
I think the logs you are looking for would not be something public facing / that we usually provide. That being said, I have made this into a Support ticket with our team and there may be somethings they can help look at for you!
