Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a video showing some of the digital transformation projects I’ve been building inside our manufacturing environment, with the applications built using Tulip.
The projects include live CNC monitoring, operator efficiency screens, torque testing integrations, quality inspection tablets, shipping visibility, factory display screens, assembly stock visibility and management dashboards.
The focus has been on replacing manual, paper-based and disconnected shop-floor processes with live, connected digital tools that are built around real operator workflows.
Across these projects, I’ve used a wide range of Tulip features, including apps, tables, triggers, connectors, APIs, custom widgets, barcode scanning, machine and device integrations, ERP integration, dashboards and reporting.
For me, the real value has been using Tulip as the platform to connect operators, machines, ERP data, hardware and management reporting into practical systems that suit the factory’s exact needs.
The overall goal is simple: reduce manual work, improve visibility, make data more accurate, and help the business make better decisions using real shop-floor data.
I’d be interested to connect with others using Tulip in a manufacturing environment
