Active Interfaces Export Data

When viewing the full interface history in the Account Usage tab, it would be extremely helpful to have an export data option that allows users to download all interface data in a CSV format.

Add an Export button in the top-right corner of the interface history view for easy access.

Side note- While reviewing this section, I noticed that the “Interfaces” button (see image below) does not respond when clicked. This appears to be a bug.

Hi Nicolette, what are you trying to accomplish by exporting all these interfaces? I have not heard of this one before, and wondering if it might be solved in another way.

Hi Kevin— Missed your message here. We are looking for this info so we can identify stations that are not used frequently. On our new Tulip licensing plan we have a limited amount of stations that can be active each month, so being able to export this info as well as my Interface Status suggestion (Additional Filter for Interface Status) should be very beneficial.

Understood. If you click the up/down arrow next to “Active Days” in order to re-sort the list, does that at least reveal the inactive stations that you would like to remove? So that it just becomes exporting beyond that?

What do you think about the export option on the Interfaces Page?
Shop floor> Interfaces

There you get a csv with “last seen” for all Interfaces

Hi @kevin.kononenko

The re-sorting of the list does not help as I am looking for stations that were not used at all in a given month (i.e. 0 active days). The stations shown only go as low as 1 active day. I think @thorsten.langner idea fits our needs better!! Would that be possible?

Thanks for the idea! @thorsten.langner

It already is. You just don’t navigate over the active interfaces page but over Shop floor > Interfaces
