as an operator it sometimes is flimsy to adjust the column width, especially when you just want to have a quick look into some values of different columns. (To select the correct record)
It also breaks the layout, the alignment to filter inputs and adds scrolling…
A tooltip on hovering the values could help a lot. This option should also be an optional feature to enable or disable.
