How does it work?
This automation leverages a robust AI prompt within the “Prompt AI Automation” block, enabling you to automatically analyze and categorize defect descriptions with impressive accuracy. By assigning relevant tags, teams can prioritize issues, identify trends, and act faster on the shop floor or in quality control!
Technical Details:
- Utilizes OpenAI’s GPT models via the Prompt AI Automation block
- Parses defect data and returns category suggestions
- Intelligent logic: Only proceed if an AI prediction is available (“if yes” logic built-in)
- Flexible integration: Send notifications or escalations via WhatsApp, Teams, and more!
