App counter stand by?

Hi, please help me with a situation.

1 - We are currently using an app that we created to count all the parts that are running trough our machines.

2 - We are using “connector function” which helped us getting informations trough Edge IO.

3 - Everything works fine by now. But the problem is that at some point the counter randomly stops counting the parts that are running trough the machines and it won’t start counting again unless we close and reboot the app. The app stays in the same step and as soon as we close and reboot it the counter starts working again perfectly fine.

Can you help me with some informations about the reason why the counter stops working at a random point?
