Is there a reason why there isn’t a feature enabling users to “Cancel App and Then Change To App by Name”? If not, I’d like to submit a Tulip Product Suggestion.
Completed apps offer more functionalities than canceled ones. Is there a specific rationale for this design choice?

It looks like there isn’t a particular reason this is the way it is! I agree with you that since there is different functionality to “complete” vs “cancel” that we should offer the same “then” options for the “cancel” options.
