I think it would be pretty useful to be able to create a new variable when you go to do a data manipulation in an If/Then/Else clause of a trigger:

Thanks, Kevin! The workflow I was trying was: make the new variable while making the trigger steps. It’s a subtle difference between our screenshots but I see no reason why I can’t just do it your way, or create the variable before editing the trigger.
