Edge MC serial port [solved]

Hi,
I’d like to add a multimeter to node red via the serial port interface.
I’m using a USB/RS232 converter.
How can I know the serial port path (the /dev/ttyUSB0 doesn’t seem to work)?
Does the Edge MC box needs to have special privileges to access the serial port?

It might be an issue:
on the configure drivers page, the generic-serial option is grayed out…
Do you know if serial port is supported on software version eMMC-os43.1-nanopi-r1-stable ?

Finally it worked: you have to restart the node-red option to be able to use /dev/ttyUSB0

I need to connect a balance to the Edge IO box through RS232, but I cannot enable the driver because it is grayed out.
