Currently, we use the email functionality to send multiple notifications to the team whenever they submit or update a ticket, raise an Andon for supervisors, leads, and managers, or request materials from the materials team. However, these emails are in a very basic format, making it difficult to highlight important information.
It would be highly beneficial if we could introduce basic formatting options, such as bold and underline, within expressions. This enhancement would improve readability and ensure that key details stand out effectively.

We have use cases where emails are sent regarding low stock for pick to light bins, or for andon conditions that require service for a station or its equipment.
