Enable Mitutoyo Driver configuration in Gateway/Edge device

Hi,

Currently Drivers configuration for Mitutoyo U-wave is enabled on Tulip Player configuration, however, this feature limits us to have one receiver per station, and since I cannot run multiple apps at the same station, this is equivalent to have one receiver per app, assuming we want to run multiple apps at the same time.
I would like to suggest to include that driver configuration in the gateway as well, so multiple apps can be use having only one receiver.

Hi Jian,

Just to give you an update here-- connecting your Mitutuyo caliper to your Edge device will be possible once you update to OS50 firmware, which will be available around late July. Once this happens, you can use the machine API to send data.
