Enhance Tulip Player with general status indicator

Tulip Player is missing a general status indicator to signal whether it is still busy with something, waiting for external data, etc…

This could also be used to put things like the barcode handing indicator and probably many more things in the future… [e.g. Unify barcode handling in apps and in the Tulip Player]

Make it optional if you want. But without it it is a blackbox.

Thanks for the suggestion! Can definitely understand how some indication of what Player is doing in the background would be helpful. I will get this on the product team radar!
