Fix support request silliness

When using the support request feature, it should either open in a new windows / tab OR return you to your original URL.

Currently it leaves you with a blank screen after submission which is neither useful or a good experience.

I vote for a new tab because unless I remember to copy the URL ahead of time to paste in the link field I have to back out of the request.

This is a very reasonable request, Richard. My team will review this functionality this week. Hopefully will be simple to fix.
