Tulip provides facility to change or make custom trigger buttons on Cancel/Submit buttons, but, it would be nice & user friendly that, if the feature allows to make Custom Label Names on the button too.

I filed a feature request for this. As a little bit of context, most of our focus right now is continuing to iterate on normal steps to increase the speed at which normal steps can be created to match that of form steps, as opposed to improving form steps.
Short of a few very simple data collection use cases, I generally stay away from form steps for all the eventual formatting limitations.
The value Tulip provides is the ability to make an interface that makes sense for your users and their use cases, ultimately form steps fall short of the flexibility needed to truly optimize your apps for your users.
