Gateway connection

Good Day, I have a problem with the gateway I can’t put it online, I did the set up but In the dashboard I see other IP address I’ll attached the Pictures,

Hi @Carlos, thanks for posting. If you connect to the gateway access point, login and go to diagnostics, you can find a test that reports the network conditions for your device. This is helpful to diagnose initial connection errors for the hardware.

If you cannot connect to the Gateway access point, can you verify that the device is on and heartbeating (eg, you can see a blinking LED)?
