Like the error messages or completed app messages, it would be nice to hide Email Sent messages. This would allow you to create your own and trigger when necessary.

Great idea!
To add to this, it would be great to have the ability to turn on/off all of the messages per step or application. There are some applications when you might not want to display these messages, but others that you might want. Having the global on/off does not work for this scenario.

This is a great idea! We have a project called “Workflow Builder” that we are planning on releasing next year, we will plan on including it in that work.

This is still in the backlog of work, but I brought it back up to the team and let them know you and others are still very interested in this feature. The team is looking to see if they can prioritize this.
