You can think of your video work instructions the same way you would text or image work instructions. The data is stored in the same way in Tulip and app approvals prior to use should follow the same process as well! That being said, your video work instructions should be just fine for meeting the ISO regulations.
I am wondering if @MarkStuttard @ASharp-J @emendoza can provide any insights or additional advice here from their own experiences, as they have worked on GxP Tulip use cases and would be familiar with ISO 9001 too!
