Issue with importing app

I’m having a trouble importing an app
The file size is 400 MB. It contains a lot of videos and pictures in the app

The import was stuck. I’ve waited for 2 hours but it keeps loading and the timers keeps increasing so I just close it.

I tried to restart my laptop and repeat the import but still failed.

@Kasilingam.samy Sorry this isn’t working. There isn’t anything system-wide that would cause this at the moment. Please email support@tulip.co so they can take a look at the specifics of your instance and app configuration!

EDIT: Looks like the Support team already has a ticket open for you. No need to send an additional email
