Issue with launching apps in iPAD (Tulip iOS player)

Hi team,
we are facing an issue with launching the application in IPAD via tulip IOS player. getting this attached error. can someone tell what is the meaning of this indication? also we are using player version 2.3.4.

also how to collect the logs from this player to see what’s going on. but the instance is works fine when we are launching from safari web browser.

We actually got the same issue, but within the App.
The user works through some steps, and on a step with a camera widget (not sure, if it has something to do with that) this screen appears and you have to completely close the tulip player…
