Hey everyone, we posted a version of process auditing earlier but we’ve made some upgrades and would like to share it with the community!
Upgrades include
- You can take pictures from the app when you find a nonconformance
- Non-conformances automatically produce tasks for your team to manage (corrective actions, etc).
Description:
This app offers a simple, audit card based approach to auditing processes. Users create audit cards and select from them at random. They indicate quickly whether it passes or fails and track corrective actions.
When to use :
Use this in place of a manual, routine audit check list (such as a quality, safety, or 5S checklist) and especially in facilities looking to implement a Kamishibai process
