MS365 Excel Connector with sharepoint

Hi,

I hope you’re all doing well. I’m trying to set up the MS365 Excel connector and have encountered an issue. The connection to my personal OneDrive account works fine, but I’m having trouble connecting to a shared SharePoint site. The connector is configured correctly, but it just doesn’t seem to connect.

Could any of you assist me with this?
