Description:
In regulated environments, the use of digital signatures must be strictly controlled. Allowing free-text comments during signing can introduce compliance risks or inconsistent documentation, which is not permitted under certain regulatory guidelines.
Requested Feature:
Introduce a configuration option to hide or disable the comment field in the signature widget. This ensures signatures are captured without additional user input and remain consistent with regulatory requirements.
Use Case:
This is particularly relevant in GxP-regulated workflows where signatures must follow strict templates and free-form text is not allowed. Disabling the comment field ensures controlled and audit-proof signature capture.
