If I have a variable filled with text, expanding beyond the height of the textbox to the point scrollbars appear, are there any options to displaying all of the data when printing the step?
This results in the print to PDF looking exactly as the screenshot appears, scrollbars present and text hidden.

Unfortunately there aren’t great options right now. You could try to increase the print page size or decrease font size, but printing is generally a “what you see on the screen is what you get” situation. This is definitely something we will take a look at when we overhaul our printing experience.
