When printing a translated app from the App Editor, user-inputted data is not translated; only the native Tulip widget content appears in the translated language. We were informed that this is currently not a supported feature. We are requesting that the translation of user-inputted data in printed apps become a standard feature. Since all of our applications are available in both English and Spanish, we would like to also have the capability to print the content in both languages, especially given the time already invested in translating the apps.

One question that came up was whether it would be acceptable to start with limiting printing to the user’s language. If they need to print in another language, they’d have to change their user language first. We can chat more live but getting an early response over.
