I cant find any documentation on how to use Table Record-Unlink record.
I also cant get it to work.

Just run into this table unlink record issue. Has anyone got this working?
Do you try to unlink by API or by App Trigger?

What did you try? And where did you struggle? Can you be more precise, what the issue is?
I used the app trigger.
I was stuck at the ID to Link. could not find any documentation on what information to insert there
ID to link is the Record ID of the Table Record you want to link to that placeholder record.
This must have a field that is set as a linked field to the selected one at “field”.
