A feature that allowed Account Owners to simulate being a user with different permissions levels would be useful for validation and for troubleshooting purposes. I’d imagine this working similarly to how running apps as different users works when testing apps, but for the whole platform.
Hi Dan, thanks for sharing this. I think I know how to do this if the instance uses basic email/password auth, but not if it uses SAML/SSO.
What are some things that you are looking to test here? Ie how in depth? I am wondering if there are multiple ways to solve this.
