Hello,
Since the implementation of the text widget scrollbar feature, I have had to spend many hours cleaning up apps which randomly have had text widgets slightly grow or shrink. It appears that in r338 the dimensions changed again.
Please consider disabling the scrollbar by default and/or adding test cases here to prevent this.
