[Tip of the Week] Sharing Dashboards with Users Without Tulip Accounts

with the data that’s being collected in Tulip, it’s important to share it with those who need to know about what’s happening on your shop floor.

in Tulip, surfacing this information is easy by using Dashboards. what makes Dashboards particularly useful, is that they have a setting to be shared with individuals who do not have a user account within your instance.

here’s how to set this up.

1. open any Dashboard:
   
   
2. select Edit > Sharing
   
   
3. click Share:
   
   
4. copy & share the URL to the Dashboard
   

this will generate a URL that can be shared with anyone (including users who do not have Tulip user accounts within your instance). for example, here’s the above linked Dashboard:
