Thank you very much Beth. This is what I really want to know.

Unfortunately, in the Tulip instance where I am currently working don’t have this Trigger Action. Can you explain me why, and how to get this feature.

Gotcha.

Is this on your instance or a customer instance you are working on?

I ask because Copilot is available on all Tulip plans, but there are some instances that are deployed in environments (what we call “gardens”) that do not have access to the AI models that Copilot uses. In these environments, copilot triggers will not be shown in the product.

Copilot is not available in environments / gardens that are on Gov Cloud, in China, or Tulip Customer Cloud (TCC).

I am working on customer instance. I believe this one is TCC instance, but not sure.
