Hey has anyone created an application where a user can see their own stats when it comes to their performance? I would like to create a portal for employees so they can see their quality, efficiency, tech level, etc and am not sure where to start pulling that info and how to go about it.

You might look into building analyses with dynamic filters in the app that enable users to only see stats related to them:
