Analytics Filter for App Cancellations

I would like to be able to perform analytics on app cancellaitons. We train our operators to complete the apps or use a “Stop Process” button to document why they did not finish a process, but sometimes cancellations still occur.

Our current method for analyzing cancellations is to download the CSV of the completion data for the app and perform the analysis in a spreadsheet.

There is a column in the completion data “App Canceled” I would like to have a filter option “App Canceled: Yes/No” I think it would make the most sense to have the filter default to “No” for all analytics because we would only want to view cancellations when we specifically intend to.

We also see a critical need to get access to cancellations. When a user enters data and closes the player without saving it we still consider as data which must be reviewed. We would like to see the completion records show up in analytics or have an API to get to the data.
