Hello,
I am currently trying to setup an integration with an Ingersoll Rand QX torque tool over Open Protocol. The device is working via Wifi straight to Tulip using open protocol. I am able to set parameter sets on the device and read device torque output data (torque, parameter set, batch quantity, angle, error codes, etc…).
However, this QX torque tool also has an integrated barcode scanner that for the life of me I have not been able to pull data from. The barcode scanner is the top bit on the device in the image below:
The following trigger is how I receive all of the other data from the torque tool, but as you can see there is no output for barcode information.
If I make another trigger with the device being “Ingersoll Rand QX” rather than “Torque Tool Open Protocol” there is an output for barcode. Unfortunately when I use this trigger and run either a job on on the tool or scan a barcode I am not getting any data at all back to Tulip. Not even torque values, angle, etc..
Has anyone done this before? And if so how did you get the barcode outputs?? I have tried making some triggers expecting just a standalone barcode scanner and those don’t seem to be working with the QX torque tool either.
Thank you!
