Hi Folks,

The next Build Better session is around the corner on Wednesday, June 5th from 11am - Noon ET!

This time, we will be focussing on Frontline Copilot with @Pete_Hartnett and @jemmadupuis.

In this session you can expect tactical guidance on how to us Tulip’s AI features in your operations, specifically:

  • Overview of Copilot
  • How to enable it / important settings
  • Use cases for Copilot such as: generating analytics, translations, AI triggers, and chat widget (beta)
  • What to expect next (general availability, etc.)

I meant to ask about this yesterday, do the AI requests for enterprise count against all instances, or does each instance have 1000 requests each month?

Hey @jasonh -

This limit is applied per instance within the usage page, not per customer or account, though usage budgets are allocated at the account level. In cases where a specific account has multuple instances, we can track usage internally across accounts, and can adjust limits in the product to reflect your desired allocation of usage across instances.
