We set up dashboards as an order tracking system and I was wondering if there was a way that if an item is past its due date that I can tell the system to highlight that in red (for example). This would be most useful for our purposes of tracking to make sure orders are being shipped timely.

Thanks for the suggestion, we agree that this would be super useful and something we are exploring. Are you thinking about colors/formatting in Tables, Completions, both?

I would say both. Specifically when a date is entered in the app that it changes color in the table (if that makes sense).
