It depends on which settings your referring to.
The PID/VID is found in device manager under USB (may have changed names). If the scanner is online and connected to the station (tablet in my case) then it should display these values.
You then go into Tulip player and under tools click Custom USB scanner. You then name the scanner and under Vendor ID and Product ID.
Then after that go into the tool tab again and under Device input language change that to “Based on Operating system layout”
