Display device issue

Hi team,
we are facing an issue with display device auto deletion. Seemingly at random, after a period of time, one of the two Display Devices will disappear as if it was deleted. It appears as < Not Found> in the Logs, but nothing shows up in the Logs as someone having deleted it.

in addition to this the display device status is “never seen” it doesn’t come online or change the status even though we used it, can someone suggest what could have the cause of this issue?
