Hi, I hope it can help someone else in the future so let me share with you how to export a table with Chinese characters (and read it !):
If you try to export the CSV then open it in excel you will see this results:
But if you open excel, go to Data/Get Data From Text then choose the csv file you got from export and select 65001: Unicode (UTF-8) for the file origin.
It will be readable :
If anyone in china knows other good practices to handle chinese characters I would be glad to know
