Filter Connectors by Where Used

I’m enjoying the search functionality that was added to the Connectors page, but would love to filter by which apps the connectors are used in.

For example, Connector A is used in App A and App B. I’d like to filter for all Connectors used in App A.

A multi-select dropdown would work brilliantly.

For clarity, this is the page I’m referring to.

Hey @Preston -

Thanks for the feedback here! I just made a product suggestion for this. We are just starting a larger project that will include improvements to where used, and we will investigate how feasable this would be to include in that effort.

Just to understand the need more - What is the core problem you are looking to address? Are you looking to see all the connectors used in a specific apps so you can remove them? We do expose this information directly from the version list of a specific application version-

Hi @Pete,

the screenshot of @Preston however shows the connector functions and not the connectors.
And that’s where I also have some troubles with.

Got it! Thanks for clarifying @thorsten.langner!

How would you use this? A similar case where you want to remove/chage all of the functions in a specific app?

Thanks!
Pete

Hi @Pete_Hartnett.

We’re getting to the stage of having quite a few Connectors. For example, our NetSuite Connector environment has 44 Connectors, some of which are in development.

At the moment I’m developing our next set of apps, which means I’m constantly going back and forth within the Connectors page. I’d love to be able to filter out, say, the Connectors used in my Stock tracking app, etc., so that I’m only left with the Connectors in use for my main production app.

Simply a matter of narrowing down the number of titles I need to read. Yes, the search bar helps a lot with this, but Connectors don’t always have the specific keyword you’re looking for in the title.
