Group & Direct Messaging Component

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share a communication component that we’ve been adding to our apps and is proving to be very useful in the distribution of information.

The component allows one to either post a Channel message about a specific topic (that’s visible to anyone in your instance) or through Direct Message to an individual. It can be easily added to any app and accessed through an icon. Here’s a quick video of it in action:

I created something similar, but put all the chat into a single cell, and displayed it with a Table
