How to direct link an app with the Slack connector

Hello,
I’m trying to implement a user feedback integration with Slack where users can post feedback and corrections about our apps. I’ve setup the webhook (How To Integrate Tulip with Slack) and can send messages. Is there a way to send direct link to the app in question? I can get the app’s name, but not a URL
