Has anyone ran into issues when trying to configure the RealSense depth camera? I connected the camera, downloaded the Intel.RealSense.Viewer.exe, opened the RealSense Viewer and updated the firmware. I then tried to setup the camera in Tulip and received the two messages below (one in the player and other in backend). I tried closing out of the RealSense Viewer, reconnecting the camera and tried to setup the camera in Tulip again, but received the same error - “Failed to start video”.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this?
