We’re excited to announce the 17th release of the Tulip Library!
The Library is a set of apps that can be added to your account and used out of the box. Each app comes with an installation guide and a video describing how the app works and what it can be used for.

Release 17 Apps:
The Inventory Management app is intended to show an inventory management table structure with parameters such as Item, Location, Status, Serial, Quantity. Items stored in the table can be called upon and moved or adjusted in the app.
The Mobile Inventory app is intended to show an inventory management table structure with parameters such as Item, Location, Status, Serial, Quantity. Items stored in the table can be called upon and moved or adjusted in the app.
Release 17 App Suites:
In Release 17, we have updated many apps to be bundled together in App Suites. These App Suites can be downloaded as usual from the Library but will include multiple apps that are related, or work together in a system. App Suites come with a navigation app for moving between the different apps in the suite. The App Suites available now are:
Work Order Tracking: Work Order Tracking apps enable end-users at each workstation to change the status of any work order that arrives in their queue to “in progress” or “complete.” This App Suite contains 2 apps:

Audit Checklist App Suite: enables end managers to define, schedule, and manage checklists and follow-up actions, with checklists that can be updated by end-users on a mobile device. The Audit Checklist App Suite contains 4 apps:

- Audit Checklist Manager
- Audit Checklist Requirements
Total Productive Maintenance App Suite: assists operations in defining and managing their assets and the procedures that must be performed on them. This App Suite contains 4 apps:
- Total Productive Maintenance Asset Manager
- Total Productive Maintenance Procedure Manager
- Total Productive Maintenance App
- Total Productive Maintenance Dashboard
Operator Training: reduce training times and costs by standardizing and automating the training flow and track skill levels by a person. Ensure trainees are following quality and safety protocols with embedded multimedia and work instructions, and add quizzes to check comprehension. This App Suite contains 2 apps:
- Operator Training App
- Operator Training Manager
Digital Andon System: connects the operator and manager in the case of an andon event. This App Suite contains 2 apps:
- Digital Andon Alert App
- Digital Andon Monitoring Manager
Events App Suite: enables reporting of different types of events that end users might encounter and provides a centralized place to view open events and update them as necessary. The Events App Suite contains 4 apps:
- Quality Event Form
- Audit Event Form
- Feedback Event Form
- Events Manager
Pack and Ship: provides a lightweight solution for final packing and shipping of products. The App Suite contains 3 apps:
- Pack and Ship Dashboard
- Pack and Ship Workflow
- Pack and Ship Module
Dynamic Work Instructions: enables users to take advantage of a ready-made table structure to organize work instruction content, or tasks, into step-by-step instructions, or procedures, which are called upon in a sequence of different stations or routings. The Dynamic Work Instructions App Suite contains 2 apps:

- Dynamic Work Instruction Builder
M365 Unit Tests: integrate Tulip with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook. The M365 Unit Tests App Suite contains 4 apps:
- Microsoft Excel Unit Test
- Microsoft Teams Unit Test
- Microsoft Calendar Unit Test
- Microsoft Outlook Unit Test
Manufacturing Control NetSuite App Suite: enables bi-directional communication between NetSuite’s system of record and Tulip’s Frontline Operations Platform. Common manufacturing functions are provided out-of-the-box in an example workflow, and advanced connectors allow extension to other applications. The App Suite contains 3 apps:
