The Library is a set of apps, app suites, connectors and widgets that can be added to your account and used out of the box. Each app comes with an installation guide and a video describing how the app works, and what the app can be used for.

Learn how you can equip your assembly station with Tulip to collect information required for an electronic device history record (eDHR). The Maintenance Order Request app allows end users to submit maintenance tickets by selecting from a list of equipment and adding information. They are prompted to specify whether it is proactive, reactive, or emergency to help others assess urgency and prioritize requests. The single step can be copied into other production apps and all tickets are logged in a centralized table.
The Maintenance Order Execution app provides maintenance technicians with an easy way to review and execute open work orders. Streamlining the process will help decrease unplanned downtime and increase uptime. When work orders are complete, the app provides maintenance managers with a digital trail to increase production visibility and traceability.
The Maintenance Order Management app helps maintenance managers stay organized with a centralized place to manage work orders and review equipment records. With just a glance at the dashboard in the Maintenance Order Management app, managers will be able to assess the health of their maintenance operations.
The LabVantage Unit Test can be used to test connector integration from Tulip to the LabVantage LIMS solution. LabVantage helps you automate tasks and turn data into valuable insights. This unit test walks through confirming the integration is connected properly to get full value from LabVantage to Tulip.
The Andon Management application helps managers monitor station statuses in real time. This application allows managers to see a high-level view of open Andon and alert events to manage process issues and escalations across the factory floor. The Andon Management App works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
The Andon Terminal app provides management for andon and alert events throughout the shopfloor. Users can create and execute orders for alerts in real-time, making escalations quicker and simpler.
Machine Monitoring Terminal - Composable
The Machine Monitoring Terminal app is designed for operators and supervisors to track machine utilization and performance. Operators can add notes and context to downtime reports, and log production rates and parts produced per hour. The Machine Monitoring Terminal works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
Performance Visibility Terminal - Composable
The Performance Visibility Terminal app facilitates the collection of granular, real-time data from the operations floor to better understand performance. Designed to stay at a given station or machine, the app prompts operators to choose from a list of orders and report the number of good parts produced for that order as well as defects. The operator can change the status of the station or machine and include a reason when the status is changed to down. The analytics dashboard displays real-time key metrics for that station, including downtime and update, first pass yield, as well a Pareto chart for downtime reasons and a historical view of the station status. This app is part of the Production Management app suite.
Performance Visibility Dashboard - Composable
The Performance Visibility Dashboard is used to display key metrics and charts useful for understanding how well production is performing. Maximize uptime with an uptime percentage metric, a downtime reason Pareto chart, and running time for each station. Understand performance at a glance with First-Pass Yield, station statuses, and daily status distribution. This app is part of the Production Management App Suite, and built on Tulip’s common data model.
Operations Management Dashboard - Composable
The Operations Management Dashboard provides greater visibility into key operational metrics including safety, performance, quality, and availability. With real-time visibility into these metrics, you will be able to make informed decisions to improve operations and employ continuous improvement methodologies. The Operations Management Dashboard works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
The Order Manager app allows you to quickly create and dispatch orders into production. Within the app, you can view BOM requirements and select available lots. This app can work with other apps in the Composable MES App Suite. You can extend and configure the app to dispatch orders from a table, or from an external ERP system. Configure it to match your operations. The Order Management App works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
The Order Execution app guides operators through selecting an order, completing the order with visual instructions, and then logging the completed quantity. After the order is fully executed, the operator can then confirm completion and print a label. The Order Execution App works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
The Review and Ship app allows you to process the review and approve the shipment of final products. This app provides visibility into work order details and management of shipping details, like final reviewal and label processing. The Review and Ship App works together with the rest of the apps in the Production Management App Suite.
Quality Management Dashboard - Composable
The Quality Management Dashboard provides visualized analytics for examining specific factors of your manufacturing process. The dashboard simplifies tracking quality trends for products, batches, and defects. The Quality Management Dashboard works together with the rest of the apps in the Quality App Suite.
Quality Inspection Template - Composable
The Quality Inspection Template provides a starting point for creating a quality inspection app to guide operators through a series of inspection steps and log identified deviations. The template includes options for a full inspection of one unit and sampling a batch of units. The Quality Inspection Template app is part of the Quality App Suite.
Defect Management - Composable
The Defect Management App provides a tool for determining and logging the next steps for defects in a process. The app enables users to manage defects by allowing users to log defect events, edit defect status, disposition and provide rework details when necessary. The Defect Management app is a part of the Quality app suite.
Inventory Management - Composable
The Inventory Management app provides an inventory management table structure to support the collection of inventory data. The table includes parameters such as Item, Location, Status, Serial, and Quantity. Items stored in the table can be called upon and moved or adjusted to streamline the digital tracking of your inventory. This app works together with the other apps in the Inventory App Suite.
Inventory Dashboard - Composable
The Inventory Dashboard displays key metrics and charts about inventory throughout your facility. It provides visibility into your inventory, including inventory levels, quantities, and locations. The Inventory Dashboard works together with the rest of the apps in the Inventory App Suite.
Material Loading and Receiving - Composable
The Material Loading and Receiving app guides users through the process of documenting the arrival of new materials, including truck ID, company, gate ID, shipment type, and a photo of the materials before unloading them. After confirming the unloading is complete, they are prompted to capture an image to provide proof. The Material Loading and Receiving app is part of the Inventory App Suite.

The CMMS App Suite is a collection of 3 apps that help you manage and schedule maintenance across your facility. The apps can be easily configured and centralize your data and maintenance information, enabling supervisors to dispatch work orders efficiently. Operators can report faults or issues as they arise, and technicians can monitor open maintenance orders, and view performance metrics on historical data from completed work orders.
The eDHR App suite provides a fast way to build your first electronic device history record app and review it accordingly. With an electronic device history record process and review app, you can streamline operations, collect critical production data, and ensure compliance, with accurate review processes. This app suite provides templates for both processing and reviewing apps.

The Inkit Connector facilitates easy connectivity between Tulip and Inkit for sending templates to printers. The Inkit Connector providers templates to simplify printing. Inkit and Tulip partner to provide an intuitive solution to printing forms, documents, and more from your Tulip apps.
The MRPeasy Connector enables you to connect Tulip to MRPeasy and transact data between the two systems. MRPeasy is a material requirements planning (MRP) software that helps manufacturers be more organized.
