Step-by-Step Walkthrough of Building Mobile Hourly Production Scorecard
The Hourly Production Scorecard app allows end users to increment an output quantity against an increasing target. This tutorial walks through the process step by step.
End-to-End Data Pipelines Example
Learn the art of the possible by using Tulip tables and automations to streamline syncing data across Tulip apps and tables with databases and data warehouses. This is especially helpful for contextualizing large Tulip datasets with enterprise data such as customer data, order data, and supply chain data. This example uses very little code (1 line of SQL) to accomplish an end-to-end data pipeline
Unified Namespace Example with HighByte
This example includes a walkthrough of using Tulip with two of our partners, HighByte and HiveMQ, to contextualize machine inputs around a common model and framework. HiveMQ provides a simplified MQTT broker for collecting machine data. Contextualizing this machine data with HighByte, as opposed to inputting raw machine values, streamlines usage in Tulip
Apps:
Andon alerts empower frontline workers to quickly signal issues on the shop floor and stop operations. Learn from functional examples to deploy Andon in your operation.
The Safety Incident Manager app helps improve employee safety and ensure compliance by tracking incidents that occur within your operations. Users will be able to enter safety incidents, contributing to valuable data that drives ongoing improvements aimed at mitigating risks in the future.
Operations Management Dashboard
The Operations Management Dashboard provides greater visibility into key operational metrics including safety, performance, quality, and availability. See the app suite “Digital Tier Board” for the whole collection of apps that populate this dashboard.
Hourly Production Scorecard (Desktop, Tablet) - Updated content
The Hourly Production Scorecard app (Desktop, Tablet) allows end users to increment an output quantity against an increasing target. Track production performance of workcenters and replace manual scorecard methods like whiteboards.
Consolidated Performance Visibility Terminal - Updated content
The Consolidated Performance Visibility Terminal provides an operator with a system to capture high level performance data as parts are produced from a process or a machine. Operators can manually input machine activity for production analysis. This solution provides a tool for logging data and further analysis.
Mobile Hourly Production Scorecard - Updated content
The Mobile Hourly Production Scorecard app allows end users to increment an output quantity against an increasing target. Track production performance of workcenters and replace manual scorecard methods like whiteboards. This mobile app provides a simple solution for tracking production, measuring TAKT times, and more.
Apps Suites
The digital tier board app suite includes a dashboard that displays four key operational metrics including safety, performance, quality, and availability. This also includes the underlying apps that populate the data on the dashboard. With real-time visibility into these metrics, you will be able to make informed decisions to improve operations and employ continuous improvement methodologies.
Connector
The Duro Connector allows you to integrate with Duro PLM on the shop floor for improved engineering connectivity. Using Duro with Tulip provides visibility and centralization to your product-related data. It is ideal for bill of materials integration, version control details, and cutover date alerts.
Widgets
The Status Color Indicator Widget adds a simple dynamic widget to apps that can display status based on a. predefined value from a user. The widget can be used to display new machine status, changes in production or data from a table, and more. The color displayed is set on a predefined key:value pair that is set by the user. Widgets like the Status Color Indicator widget provide additional functionality that is not standard in the platform. Widgets are installed with a Unit Test application, and are accessible in the app editor menu bar to add to other apps. Downloading this widget will add it for your entire instance. Widgets can be managed by users with access to account settings.
The Simple Timer Widget widget includes a simple visual timer that can be paused, reset, or adjusted to a specific length. This custom timer can be a great visual indicator for time-sensitive work instructions or processes. Widgets in the Tulip Library provide additional functionality that is not standard in the platform. Widgets are installed with a Unit Test application, and are accessible in the app editor menu bar to add to other apps. Downloading this widget will add it for your entire organization. Widgets can be managed by users with access to account settings.
The NFPA Diamond Widget allows teams to add and modify a templated NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) diamond for easy material safety communication. The colors, numbers, and format can be modified within an app without needing to adjust the widget. Widgets in the Tulip Library provide additional functionality that is not standard in the platform. Widgets are installed with a Unit Test application, and are accessible in the app editor menu bar to add to other apps. Downloading this widget will add it for your entire organization.
